Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Shane will drive conversation. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. A true patriot, Diggory would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
