History: Rolf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Navigator, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
