History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He became a Painter soon after.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears just a tan suit. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a whip on his belt. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is red and curly. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Trym wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trym lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
