History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Justin studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
