History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This man wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a whip on his belt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Hugh began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
