History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Clerebold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Clerebold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Clerebold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
