With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a violet collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. He is baby faced.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has brown eyes and a white hat with a black feather.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'8". He very much looks the part of a Miner. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: This northern man likes to wear yellow tank tops with tan pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has silver hair. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Lewis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to reunite with his absent mother
