Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Conrad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Gunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Balimaar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. His red hair is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
