When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a Glassblower, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Anselm was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Description: Standing 5'0", this man wears dull black sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed club, just in case. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable

He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he wants revenge against dire rats
