History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: Thomas was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He uses divination through singing.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Bernard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
