History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Stableman born in the past three hundred years. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Charles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he usually wears his white robe and has his scimitar always slung over his shoulder. He has shaved his head bald. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Scribe who has hired him part-time. Jocelyn is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants to get laid

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. His hair is short and brown. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Norman alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
