Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Carter. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.
