Description: A 5'4" northern man, he wears a black tunic with green highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to prove his worth to the world

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and many giants want him driven away

Description: 5'4" and muscular, this southern man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Raymond was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult.
