History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Dustin was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
