History: Born to a Detective, his father struggled to pay the bills. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and many brigands want him driven away

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Richard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Gerald was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Carpenter, but he got bored and became a Spy. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
