History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered orcs who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants revenge against goblins

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A freak accident while working with his Scribe father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and he perpetually has his greatsword ready. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and to reunite with his absent mother
