He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Bertram was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bertram's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Chad is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is greedy.
