History: Justin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Justin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Justin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Justin began to lead the lost caravan. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

He prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available he will default to his halberd. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Wymar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he is greedy

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
