Description: He wears a black vest and prefers tan and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He worked as a nervous Sculptor and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to be a stylist again

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His childhood dream was to be a Shoemaker, but he was a colossal failure. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Miles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: To be a Laborer again; and balancing his hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult
