Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He has worked as a Baker like his mother before him.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear flannel. He has golden hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and seeks redemption

Personality: Hubert hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His tied-back hair is silver. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
