Description: A middle-aged man, he has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe, and is pretty ugly. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His ears are large.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
