He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Don wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of orcs

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
