History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Charles Darby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is long and brown with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Charles is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born into a rich family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Jocelyn Sheldon, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
