Adelard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to protect his home

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a tan coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Simon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Simon was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
