History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: Gerard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a great chef.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Shepherd. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is an amazing painter.

History: Kyle lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Everard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a Unemployed, his father struggled to pay the bills. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
