Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new doctor responsibilities is difficult

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ernest grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
