Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Manfred was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
