Description: A 5'5" southern man, he wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nicholas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Tim's homeland. Tim decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering his clean studded leather. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Alexandre was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Alexandre and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This man is dressed in an above average manner. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. He has shaved his head bald. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Bertram speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
