Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Solomon was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is content.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He very much looks the part of a Ruler. His tied-back hair is blonde. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. William abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ernest is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the south
