History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Weaver, and he later adopted a second son.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
