History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
