History: He was born in a small mountains village. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
