History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: Gerald was born with his father's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
