Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Diggory wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.
