History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a black coat with tan slacks. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is lengthy. He has violet eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
