History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Randal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
