History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Hubert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Hubert is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Hubert reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Patrick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Patrick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Scribe, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
