History: He was born in a small forest village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, tan shirt, and pastel tie. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Balimaar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
