Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a white vest and prefers grey and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is long and unkept. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and blue handkerchief worn on his left side. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Guard. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He stands about 6'5" and wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is cut short. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
