Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Randal embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His first spouse was a Baker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise his children well

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Peter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
