Personality: He is a Bowyer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
