Personality: Theobald speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theobald grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Herbalist for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult
