Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mayor who has hired him part-time. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Manfred's homeland. Manfred decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his flail with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This tall, slender man wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Human compassion; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
