History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
