History: Born in the south to a Barkeep, John learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. John was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. John decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barkeep.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Tim has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sellsword for the past few years.
