Description: He is wearing a long, yellow cloak. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he very much looks the part of a Fortune-teller. He has wavy silver hair. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This man is dressed in an above average manner. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. His auburn hair is lengthy. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He got into the Architect business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. He has shaved his head bald. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nicholas was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Trym was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
