History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sage who has hired him part-time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Voice: Forgets to breathe while speaking

Description: He tends to wear a large green jacket. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
