History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He wears his silver hair down. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His childhood dream was to be a Barber, but he was a colossal failure. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
