History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His hair is long and brown with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a Sage, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lewis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lewis. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Roland is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a Barrister, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Roland was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miner. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has shaved his head bald. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
