History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Blacksmith mother left him crippled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Chad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chad decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Bounty Hunter and found it very stressful. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
